NiP continue their surprising run at StarLadder Budapest Major Stage 1, taking down FaZe Clan 13:8 on Overpass. Despite a strong start from FaZe and an attempted comeback after the side swap, NiP regained control in the decisive moments and closed out the map, sending the tournament favorites to the 1-2 bracket and putting them one step away from elimination.

The match on Overpass began with solid defensive rounds from FaZe. However, by the end of the first half, NiP managed to withstand the pressure and secured an 8:4 lead. Switching to the T side, FaZe once again found early success, winning the first three rounds.
