The International 2022 için program ve en ilginç bölgesel eleme çiftleri
ІлляThe main event for all fans of the discipline The International 2022 is just around the corner. The schedule of qualifying qualifiers in each region has appeared, which we will tell you about.
Recall that there are 8 free places left for the upcoming The International, 6 of them will be played in the qualifiers, one in each region, and the remaining 2 teams will fight for the Last Chance Qualifier.
Eastern Europe Qualifier
We start with Eastern Europe, where matches start earlier than other regions. Already on September 3, we will begin to observe the 14 teams, and their performance on the way to the main tournament of the discipline.
Here I would like to highlight several interesting pairs, the first one is naturally NaVi - HR, because of “Born to Win”. Too ancient and too famous a club not to be interested in them, despite the fact that they have not had any special achievements in the pro scene lately, it is still pleasant for fans to watch the yellow-blacks play.
The next pairing is BetBoom Team and One Move, the first one has been buzzing lately thanks to the victory in two D2CLS seasons 13 and 14, the second due to silver medals in the same tournaments. So in a way it's a pivotal battle for both teams.
Western Europe Qualifier
We move on to the most interesting region, where the battle between 12 teams will begin on September 13th. This time, many title clubs are taking part in the qualification, but unfortunately for the fans, only one of them will receive a direct ticket to The International.
In this case, all pairs are quite interesting, since most teams have been performing poorly lately, and it will be interesting to see what they show now. Separately, I would like to note Alliance, the Swedish team, compared to the rest of the "tops", has the least chance of qualifying.
South America Qualifier
There are 12 teams fighting in South America, and to be honest, the only interesting pairing here is Infamous vs. Ravens, thanks solely to the former. The Peruvian team showed itself well in the last DPC seasons in the first division, and showed that they can fight on an equal footing with tier 1 teams.
North America Qualifier
There are also 12 teams in North America, matches start on September 8, and the situation here is similar to the southern region. The only teams worth mentioning are Soniqs and The Cut.
Southeast Asia Qualifier
There are 13 teams fighting in Southeast Asia, but only a couple of them deserve special mention. T1 perform well in DPC seasons, but their performance at the last ESL One Stockholm 2022 did not work out for them. Talon Esports also play well in DPC, but in major tournaments like the Arlington Major and ESL Malaysia, they have a very different situation.
China Qualifier
The China region also provides 13 teams. Against the background of the rest, RNG stand out especially, which often perform well on the tier 1 scene, as well as Vici Gaming, which have now lost their former glory.
