We are once again looking at the final clash of DPC 2023: EEU Division 1 Tour 3 and this time we have a betting tip for the Team Spirit - One Move match. The central clash of the day at least.
The fate of three berths to the IO Bali Major 2023 - the last tournament before The International 2023 remains undecided. Spirit are one step away from qualifying for the DPC 2023: Tour 3 main event, and there's a direct slot to The International.
On the other hand, there is One Move. A troublesome opponent for most DPC 2023 participants, EEU Division 1 may have to change the Dragons' plans and prevent them from becoming the first Eastern European team to compete in the IO Bali Major 2023.

Team Spirit's form
We open the analysis with an analysis of Team Spirit's form. In this matchup, the Dragons are the clear favorites to win the series.
The bookmakers confirm the pre-match situation. The odds are around 1.1 and hint at the end of One Move, at least in this match.
And you can't argue with that. Despite all the problems of Spirit this season, they remain a team a few goals above One Move. This is reflected in the performance of The International 2021 champions.
In the first round of DPC 2023: EEU Division 1, Spirit finished 2nd. The Dragons were then prevented from winning by BB Team, who finished the tournament in first place at 7-0. After a home league appearance, Team Spirit attended The Lima Major 2023 where they finished in the top 8.
Later, the Spirit played the second round of their home league and again finished in the top-2. Having entered the Berlin Major 2023, they expected the result of the previous Major to improve, but there was no progress, rather the opposite. In Berlin, Spirit had to make do with the TOP-12.

In their third season, Team Spirit are constantly on the verge of a fiasco. They play so stubbornly that it seems they're about to crack. However, that moment never comes, and time goes on and on.
Team Spirit are now 5-0 up in the standings. They have already beaten the main contender in the tourney, BB Team, and are now well on their way to picking up the long-awaited Top 1 after two seasons of trying.
Team Spirit's most popular characters
Team Spirit's top most-chosen characters are topped by Crystal Maiden. The character has appeared in the peak 6 times and has an 83% win rate.
In addition to Crystal Maiden, Disruptor and Underlord are also favored, appearing in spades 5 times each with an 80% win rate. There was also Skywrath Mage (4 matches, 100% wins), Doom (4 matches, 75% wins), PL, Viper, Slark, Riki appeared 3 times each and had 100% wins.
Spirit have become an extra class team after The International 2021. They can "switch on" when they need to, and that very need came in the Dragons' previous match.
One Move Form
Team Spirit will face One Move on their way to a sixth victory on the tour. Outsider status is behind them.
Bookmakers have little faith in One Move's success against Spirit. The odds on OM's victory are estimated at around 5.1.
Such a figure is easy to explain. In short, One Move is not a team on Team Spirit's level. The only thing that lets them hold their own against such opponents is their relative stability.
In the first round of the DPC One Move finished in the top five. They were 2-5 at the time, but to be fair they looked decent in a few games.
In the second round of DPC 2023: EEU Division 1, the team improved slightly, closing the league 3-4. However, that still made it 5 ppl, so it didn't count.
There were also games at local events like Games of Future, where Keyd Stars won the grand final, and Pinnacle Cup: Malta Vibes #1, where One Move completely failed: finished in the top 16.

In the third round, One Move's situation is quite deplorable. They have a 2-4 statistic and penultimate place in the standings, which means the team is at risk of falling into the second division, the path back from which will be very long and thorny.
One Move only have this match in hand. We'll have to give it everything we've got to try and clinch a top-five spot or a potential re-match.
The most popular One Move heroes
The most preferred One Move hero of the previous season was Tiny (31 games, 54% win rate). Next are Pangolier (19 games, 57% wins), Mirana (19 games, 52% wins), Rubick (19 games, 47% wins).
One Move also had Tusk (17 games, 52% wins), Timbersaw (16 games, 56% wins), and Ember Spirit (15 games, 60% wins) in spades.
Apparently, the patch 7.33 that was issued in the run-up to the Berlin Major 2023 shook One Move considerably. The team failed to adapt to the new realities of DPC and as a consequence looks much worse in the third round than in previous DPCs.

In this match I expect approximate repetition of history past rounds. I think Spirit and One Move will play full-fledged Bo3, but the winner of the series will come out "Dragons".
