We continue our match review with an analysis of Team Aster's form. The Chinese team will play here as underdogs.
At least that's what the bookies are pointing to, but there's also the performance. To be fair, the Aster did indeed earn this kind of treatment for themselves in 2023.
Top-8 at the Lima Major 2023 is unlikely to cover all the failures, of which there were plenty: Aster lost the first DPC league, finishing top-2 there. Aster failed the second DPC cycle, finishing in the top 4.
Finally, Aster looked very sluggish at DreamLeague S19, failing to make the first round there and finishing in the top 10. All of this combined led to replacements within the squad.
