Beastcoast is the 13th team in the world rankings. The organisation has no problems at all with DPC. The first two rounds in South America are ranked number 1, adding more and more points to their piggy bank. But in big tournaments they have a bit of a problem. The Lima Major was a complete failure. The team managed to take only 9th-12th place. In comparison, the DreamLeague was slightly better. They occupied a deserved 6th place. On the Berlin Major unfortunately failed to show anything, finishing the tournament in 13th-14th place. They showed a classic result in the 3rd round of the DPC, finishing in 2nd place. At DreamLeague S20 played without K1 and took 9-10th place. After all, it was reported that K1 has left the team for good and will be replaced by Parker on a permanent basis.

Shopify Rebellion is the 9th team in the world ranking. Lima major have been phenomenal in my opinion with the level of play the team showed at that time. Ranked 4th. Both DPC in their region finish in 2nd place behind TSM. Most likely some kind of barrier in the mind as they are objectively playing better. Dreamleague S19 are also extremely successful. Are ranked 3rd in the final table. The Berlin Major was rather disappointing, sharing 9th-12th place in the end. In the 3rd round, DPC managed without any difficulties at all, losing only 1 map out of 7 matches. DreamLeague S20 was not as successful for the team. They finished it only at a modest 11th position.

BC played better in the group, and managed to pick up the UGC card in the play-offs. I think this meeting will go the whole distance, and we'll know who wins only then.
