/RLCS 2022-23 - Winter: Asia-Pacific Regional 3 - Winter Invitational has come to an end. As part of the championship, which was held online from February 25 to 26, sixteen teams from the Asia-Pacific region fought for a total prize pool of $20,000, as well as rating points. The winner of the tournament was the Gaimin Gladiators team, which in the grueling final was stronger than Elevate with a score of 4:3 (Mannfield (Night) - 4:2; Forbidden Temple - 1:3; DFH Stadium - 1:2; Wasteland (Night) - 3: 2; Neo Tokyo - 3:2; Champions Field - 2:0).
The championship for the future winner began with a flawless run through the group stage, during which Gaimin Gladiators got three wins over AmongZ (3:1), Vainshoes (3:0) and Brokoli (3:1).
Having made it to the playoffs, the team outplayed Decimate Gaming (4:1) and UHUH (4:0) to get to the grand final. In the final match of the competition, Gaimin Gladiators managed to put the squeeze on Elevate (4:3) to become the winner of RLCS 2022-23 - Winter: Asia-Pacific Regional 3 - Winter Invitational.
It should be noted that after this victory, the Gaimin Gladiators team secured the first line of the regional rating, thanks to which they qualified for the upcoming Rocket League Championship Series 2022-23 - Winter Split Major in San Diego.
